Not Showing Correct Account Info

Hi, I have two accounts (a deluxe - http://www.flynnarrowstarr.com/ and a standard - http://www.fashiondollezine.com/). When I log into CPanel for either of the accounts, they show up as default accounts, with oddball settings. Can someone assist me with getting the correct settings in the account so I can get started? Thanks B)

We are installing and testing a new account creation system, sorry for the oddball accounts some of you received.
