Unfortunately i dont think thats a feature at this time ( but wouldnt it be nice ). You can buy a reseller account and limit how much space, bandwidth, etc that each domain uses. But as far as subdomains i dont think thats currently an option.

We said SUBDOMAINS...reseller accounts are a WHOLE different ball game. You CAN limit usage of about everything on Domains when you have a Reseller account, you have a different tool than cPanel though, lol, the WHM, its set up SORT of like cPanel but its made for Web Host Managament, from there you can limit space, bandwidth, and other resources for each domain. (WHM Demo, user: demo, pass: demo). For more information on reseller accounts click HERE.

They know that, but they were just saying that since you can't limit sub-domain space it'd be better to go with a reseller plan instead.

However, in the new cpanel Xskin, there is a disk usage option, you can keep track of disk usage through that so if one goes over the amount you allowed, just send whomever an e-mail saying they went over and to delete some stuff.
