speaking of which, i need to stop by bbpixel sometime and make sure my alias (djsckizo) isn't posting anything insane...which probably isn't happening considering it requires me to do the posting

Things this way..so far so good, I guess. Trying to teach myself too many things at once. However, my fortune cookie said that my ability to juggle many tasks at once will apparently get me far. Hope it's true.

I don't think I have any more bbpixel IPB setups anymore. Haven't been using Xoops as much any more. I decided to rip my blog apart awhile back and converted to my own stuff, rather than rely on Xoops or Wordpress. Figured it was the best way to learn (just jump right in) and have it do only what I needed. Still have one site Xoops'd up though, and it's likely to stay that way for a while atleast. Too complex for me to do it myself without a few months of planning and writing first.

How's your universe going these days?

i haven't used x-ipb in a long while to be honest, not because of any problems i might add.. more of i don't actually have a production website at the moment.. (yeah i know i been sayin i gonna do a new website for over a year now) just i haven't the time.. too busy helping others.. all the sites i do have (5 at mo) are all just test sites for testing various hacks i make and doin module testing with.. but i'm still doing the core updates and mods for x-ipb for people.

my universe is fine.. just about recovered from a bad chest infection which i've had for about 4 weeks now.. and still doin tests at hospital to find out why i keep losing consciousness at random times for no reason.. couple times i've passed out whilst talkin to people and woke up with really bad concussion where i banged me head on the way down.. doctors dunno what's wrong tho.. not epilepsy or diabetes or anything, and no tumors.. just 1 of those things i guess.

other than that everythings fine my isp is peeing me off tho.. they have restricted file sharing.. so i can't complete me collection of stargate sg-1, atlantis and star treks

Wow. Sounds like you've been having an interesting bit of time there. Hope everything is alright with your health. Sounds pretty ruff. In the words of Oliver Platt, "maybe you have that sleep disorder...that, Narco-Sleepy."

Sucks about the file sharing. If not for P2P, I wouldn't have been able to find the 83 Mystery Science Theater 3000 episodes I've come to digest into my computer. Only 115 more to go.

Plus, the whole John Doe season/series. If they'd ever put it out on DVD, I'd buy it. I'd love the DVD. But noooooooooooooooo....Fox is stupid.

yeah probly is a sleepin disorder.. i usually average about 3 - 4 hrs sleep a day.. sometimes i stay awake for 2 - 3 days and then i'm fine after another 4 hrs sleep..

yeah it suxx with the filesharing.. strange tho, cos i can download files from websites via http or ftp at fast speeds, but go on a p2p and in seconds the download drops to 0 speed, tried imesh, torrent, emule, limewire, dc++ soulseek.. and nothin tried changing ports and that don't get thru either.. even tried port 80, 21 and gaming ports and no change.. yet gaming is fine, ftp is fine.. just when using p2p protocols, they must be monitoring packets somehow. to determine what i'm using.. but i have no idea how they check or how to circumvent it
