Requests for Scripta 1.3

Could Scripta implement installing scripts on subdomains?

Eg. http://subdomain.domain.net/forum/

Maybe you guys have other requests?

I would second that... I miss that feature. Fantastico is able to do that and I was surprised that Scripta does not/cannot

Also installing a script as a subdomain. Like instead of installing www.mydomain.com/forums just automatically going to forums.mydomain.com

That isn't very hard to do, nonetheless, it would make things simpler.

This is not adviseable -

What you're doing is giving scripta power to create subdomains - DNS entries. If your account has no subdomains left, (or a user account in a resellser), then that would crash.

It's much easier to just make the subdomain, then install the scripta script.

I'd like scripta to allow me to install scripts directly to a clients account instead of having to log in to the clients account, if that made sense to anyone!

I know it can be done with the new Fantastico and IMHO, it's F's prime feature.

Scripta doesn't install in subdomains at all does it?

It'd be nice to be able to at least install in subdomains - even if it didn't necessarily create them.

I guess that is more of what I meant. I just don't like having to add the script first then make the subdomain.
