awstats broken??
Anyone ever have this problem with awstats?
I noticed that since I transferred my accounts to my dedicated server, my awstats seems to be malfunctioning. It's not just happening on my domain, it seems to be happening with all the accounts on my server. When I check my stats, it shows me the summary, monthly history, and days of the month. It'll load the Days of the Week cell and then stop. I can click the update link at the top and it'll update the number values in the other sections that it show, but thats about it? I haven't sent a ticket in yet. I figured I'd give them a break. Seems like its pretty busy with the amount of time it takes to get a response. If nothing cmes up here, I'll see what they have to say.

Sounds like you need a support ticket. It should at the very least load the whole screen of data - even if it's not updated. Also make sure that they have not set the "update" job to such a low level that it does not run on your server.

I noticed that when I moved to the semi-dedicated server I had some weird problems with my Awstats.. the whole page would load, but some days it would stop the stats mid-day then start adding hits for the next day... like on August 3rd or something around 4pm, I ht updated and it said I only had like 240 hits (I usually get around 1600-3000 a day), but not only did it stop there, but it showed 10 hits for August 4th.
It's done that 3 times now since I've been on the semi-dedicated server (which has been for a month). Today it stopped after 47 hits and won't update at all today. I'll be submitting a ticket, but I just wanted to explain what was happening with mine.
