PHP includes with CSS

The pages being included, do they need to have a link to the style sheet as well.?

I usually put an include to load the style sheet on to each page. Allows quick site wide changes.

If you load the CSS into your master document (the one making all these includes) you generally don't need to have the style sheet in each one, so no.

Right - but if you want different CSS for each include, you'll either do it in a separate head.inc document (including the header section separately for each page load) or as part of the included file.
