i installed it

and this error comes up when i try to access http://somesite.org/home/

ill try to fix it moving the code, anybody has an easier way?
by the way im a reseller... maybe thats the problem, i dont know

the database wasnt created and 99% of the files are 0 bytes
this is not working at all

I would trying removing it and installing again. Try that and see if it works.

i even terminated the account
and created it again

Hmmm.

have you looked to see if the file DOES exist?

If it does, perhaps it's a permissions issue?

You can try installing it manually... I know that's not as easy, but more often lets you do what you want.
