Can't add subdomains

Hey. [: I'm on the Sonet server, and I tried to make a new subdomain about a week ago. Every time I go to it, I get the "We can't find 'subdomain.domain.com'" error page. I've tried making several other test subdomains, but they didn't work either.

Am I doing something wrong? All of my other subdomains are working, I just can't make new ones.

I know that there is some kind of bug that if you delete a subdomain then try to re-add that same one it won't work.

You're not making the subdomain and then 'redirecting' it to that directory, are you? because that will mung things up too.

Nope, not doing either of those things. :/ I just tried making another one too, (amity.fireflytears.net) and it's not working. I have no idea what it could be...

you are aware that it can take time too - up to 12 hours sometimes.

Yep, lol. I added one about a week ago - didn't delete it or anything. Still not working. Maybe it's just taking a lot longer than usual to propagate?

Should I just email support?

Ahh, a week is TOO long.

I'd email support and have them check your account.

Ok maybe I am replying in the wrong post but it is really similar. My Subdomains all were working although now they are not. What is up. I can get two of the subdomains to show up but the other are acting as though Surpass is down although it is not.

http://stwc.cafe789.com does not resolve as of this evening

One of the subdomains is back up but the above is not

definately send a support ticket. It does not resolve for me either on Comcast cable.
