How often Scripta Updating?

As you know there are lots of updates for the scripts in Scripta including Xoops!are available, I would like to know how often Scripta is updating. There are lots of outdated scripts already there and no updates available in Scripta so far.

As much as I like the concept of Scripta, it's flaws are:

1 - scripts are updated by their creators faster than scripta can be updated

2 - Patches / upgrades to scripts should almost always be manually applied

Why Scripta does not update occasionally? Scripta doesn't need to be updated the whole thing, but in each script there are update features where scripta may able to provide the updates.

Experts may be prefer to install, update manually. Non-programmers prefer using Scripta and may required assistant to update/ patch the scripts since they use scripta to install the scripts and may have some difficulities on updating and patching the scripts.
