I have little hope someone can help me on this, but il post this anyways.

So when i click on a folder and then click on the 'Change Permissions'. I change them and click change, and it sais that it was changed to what i want. But when i click 'Change Permissions' again, its not what i selected but different...

Any suggestions are welcome.

As long as on the far right side of the middle frame it shows the right permissions of the file/folder, dont worry about what is displayed when you click change permissions its just the way it is.

I noticed that my images folder was completely visible to anyone by typing /images after the domain name. I tried to change this by using "File Manager" in the CPanel but now I have a problem.

One cannot see this any longer, however none of the fotos and graphic files are visible, how do I change this? I tried to get the permission settings back to the way it was before, i.e. default, but it's not working. Does someone have to do this for me or can I do it?

Thanks! :crazycrazy:

If you mean by completely visable that it showed a directory listing/index, then just create a blank index.html file in there. Put the permissions back to 755.
