Editing gif with photoshop
Hope someone can help me out. I'm very green with photoshop. I'm trying to edit this template but I can't figure out how to remove or edit the text of this banner:
http://tropicaltundra.com/USF/usflag...irst_title.gif I opened it in photoshop and am trying to go to edit|find replace text... but it's shaded out so I can't click on it. I noticed my "layers" palette is in lock mode. Is that why? And how can I unlock it? ![]()

Editing Gif
Ive found the best way to edit gifs in photoshop is to jus open it in PS then click File > Save as .psd and as for removing text jus use the eye dropper tool to get the same background color as ur selected color then with the pencil write over the text.
