It's still a couple of weeks away from a public beta, but there is a helpdesk module in the works for xoops. If any of the resellers here are using xoops for their reseller site, this would be a nice addition. I know I'm planning to use it.

I thought there was a help desk module out already? Maybe that was just a rumor.

I believe it's called Zen Helpdesk, or something like that. It's a separate program that wjue ported to xoops. The posts I saw seemed to indicate that people had trouble getting it to work correctly, and someone who did didn't seem all that impressed.

This will be an actual xoops module, built for xoops from the ground up.

I looked at the demo, and for my needs, it should do just fine.
