Is there something Im missing or have wrong in my code that makes the cells so big (height)? It works fine in IE. (Yes i know thats not a good test :P or sign :P)

I'd say it probably has to do with <H4> tags. (IE likes to add a doublespace below all h and p tags, i think. Other browsers add the doublespace if there's other content following it.)
Try turning those header cells into <TH> instead of <TD>. Then modify your stylesheet to set TH tags to whatever font you want.
