without a doubt, go for it. just remember though, that accounts aren't immediately activated. it's to prevent fraud, spammers, and wookies. well, not the wookies. it usually takes up to 24 hours

Sometimes more than that. Up to 72 is the general rule, but I was unable to see a friend of mine's site for a whole week when he moved it. That was annoying.

Os

Hi,
while you're on the topic of shopping carts and most recmmending oscommerce.
I found this while searching for the perfect record store (which i stil lhaven't decided on)
http://www.zumorecords.com/v3/index.php?cPath=8
Nice theme, on viewing the source code, i found they are using STS
http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1524
I stil lhaven't decided on a cart, even thinking of boulding one ni Flex
since i found a cart (f-cart for paypal) www.flashexperience.com $35 now that cart is neat, great little system for other product stores.. but
I couldn't just be happy with their sample of an audio store, even sent me emails with an extra audio button, i wanted to see it set up as a record store.
i searched on again and found macromedia flex.. wow wish i could use that.

But.. this oscommerce, maybe someoen can tell me how zoma records http://www.zumorecords.com/v3/index.php?cPath=8 gets that audio player embedded? click to listen and the player loads in the page? is that part of the sts system or? i dunno, might use osc if i can do the above.

P.S
I'm looking for record stores where i can listen to samps and buy cheap club musik.. hiphop, house, deep, funky, prog, tech, techno etc..

I've got a few sites using Cubecart. I've found CubeCart easier than OSCommerce.

I gave up on cubecart a while back, yea it looks easier than osc
I'd love something like f-cart for paypal but a bit more advanced.
Take a look at www.zomarecords.com
They have their audio player loading in the page,
That woudl be cool if i knew how.

Woe this post is here a while,

Jorge.. you own zumorecords?
I wouldn't mind chatting to you about this business.
Man i liked that effect with your audio system built in.
Actually i recall asking you 6 months back how the audio
was built into your site, yea that's what customers need.

I didn't get the record store up but if you can tell me someone
where i can get vinyl cheap, i might give it a go in the near future.

Now i gotta customise a php nuke platinum site,
maybe they have addon like yours audio setup.

Later!
