Even when you are 18, adult sites tend to require a credit card to prove you're old enough. :P

Heh, either way I wouldn't go to the site. I don't have much interest in the subject matter and figure the time could be better spent mastering CSS or XHTML. No offence to the creator at all, just not something I could include in my interests. Oh and the 13 is the days until I turn 18. I'm not excited at all though.. Means I have to follow politics.

Oh, they've installed the finger print and dna verification on these sites now, so it can tell if you're under 18? Plugged right into your mouse, I'm sure.

I can guarentee plenty of underage people have gotten a cheap thrill from the "preview" sections of paid sites. All they have to do is click "are you over 18?" "yes".

But I have seen sites that restrict all visible access (they'll hint at images still though..) unless you provide a credit card, or have an id at this site that monitors whether you are over 18 or not, using a similar verification... I forget the site though.

(and no, I'm not a porn mongerer, since I'm sure you're all thinking that. :P)

lol, yeah, being 18 isn't too great. But I followed politics from when I was about... 15. Am quite annoyed at Canadian politicians.. and at John Tory at this moment...

(I also am doing a double major with political science... soooo yeah.)

As for XHTML 2.0.. I dunno. I still haven't masted 1.0 strict.. but I have had zip time to try too. *sigh* I miss my carefree high school days... though I definately have less classes now. (I have 14 hours a week of class time.. compared to 30... well, actually, I had 18.5 my last semester of hs.. hah.)
