Delete the FTP account for the subdomain and wait a few hours. Then re-add it.

No, not the same subdomain. I can't login to my main FTP at all. It says "Error on password: Authentication failed. Sorry" I don't get it, it was working earlier. Now it's not working. And all the sudden I'm logging into my other directories as if they're still on my old service. What's going on??? Is there somebody on AIM that I can talk to about this, cause I'm on it right now.

Unless you have a dedi, there is no AIM help line.. You should probably try emailing support[at]surpasshosting.com.

I would suggest thought checking your DNS settings at your domain register, perhaps readd them if you need too. It looks like they probably got confused.
