Trigger two scripts At once

Is it possible for me to trigger two scripts at once?
If so can you please direct me to a source where I can find the information?
Thanx

what's your purpose of triggering 2 at once?

It would be easier to trigger one script that runs 2 functions.

I usually keep all JavaScript controls in a single file separated in functions, and call to various functions on execution [ie a function submitForm() calls validateFields() and storeValues()]

good idea...thats what i'm working on. But one more question....
Code:
setTimeout("fade_up('fade1','What's New','000000')",0);
Thats my code right there. How can I make the ' in What's New cancel out or something. I remember I have to do something like \ but its not working for me. Do you know how to make it cancel out?

Use the ASCII character code to call the quote mark. I'm not sure what it is off the top of my head. It'll either be "e; or #1232; or something of the like. Lists of all the characters and their respective codes are online somewheres.
