Yeh, Xoops and php5 dont do well together, I lost my last xoops site because my old host changed to php5, that why I moved to surpass and now Ive got my site back up and I'm very happy with surpass.

There is a beta version xoops 8.0 i think that kind of work with php5, I had tested it out and got it to install and work the only bad thing was some very good modules which I used like cdbase didnt work.

Im sure the guys at xoops.org will sort it out soon though and hopefully surpass wont move to php5 until the xoops compatability issue is totally fixed cos I love xoops and I like what i can do with it.

For those who are interested, I also develop XOOPS themes. I'm currently in the process of moving over to Surpass hosting, but you can still access my site at http://mywebresource.com.

I'm going to be adding many more themes in the near future. Just trying to get everything else sorted out at the moment. ;-)

Failure is not an option. It comes standard with all Microsoft products.
