mambo Mudule help

Hi all, I need your help surmambo's... the situation was the installation are fine as well adding new components and templates.... but when I click the module to add new module a fatal error came up:

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'menumodule_installer' in /home2/******/public_html/administrator/menubar/module_installer.php on line 24

as I check source code of the 2 php files theyre fine...

So anyone have encountered/figure this out pls HELP.... Thanks!
