Backup of Files

Our domain expired last Thursday and I have not been able to get in touch with my co-owner about the payment to renew the domain. I desperately need files from the Control Panel but have to no way to access it. Is there any way to get a backup of files? Thanks.

It was the domain. I thought you could access the cPanel via the IP address but I do not have it. I don't have the email with the info anymore.

The email address is in my co-owner's name as well as the account (otherwise I would've had the domain renewal taken care of) and I have not been able to reach her.

your easy and best bet is for her to use that form i suggested and get those account details emailed to her, then retrieve what you need via cpanel.

barring that the only recourse is to contact support. however, if you don't have the account details, theres going to be some issues getting the usernames and passwords. however, if you make the case with them - perhaps you can provide some billing details about the account? they can change the the contact information for that hosting account then then you can get the account details resent.

now....as long as the hosting package is current and paid the files should be up there, regardless of what goes on with the domain.
