Resetting Control Panel Password
After registering with surpass hosting today I have had a lot of trouble tring to access my site and control panel. I recieved the e-mail with login details to access conrtrol panel but it insist my login details are incorrect. After going through the reset password procedure and entering my username it said that my new password will be sent to my e-mail address. Nothing has come through. Tried it several times and still nothing has come through. My e-mail is definately working and surpass sent my activation e-mail to this address. If anyone can help this would be greatly appreciated.

did you use an 'off site' email address, like yahoo or hotmail? If so, look in the 'junkmail' folder.

Nope, used my standard e-mail account. Don't have a junk folder! Something is not right but I don't appear to be getting any assistance at all of surpass hosting! Logged a helpdesk fault over six hours ago!

I'm assuming he actually tried to go through the password reset that you get present on cPanel when you can't log in. I've never seen that work myself, when I've tried it... In which case, you need to contact support, and as Bigjohn said, you should get an automatic response from them, and an actual response very shortly after (depending on how many other help tickets there are before you.)
