Accounts on this server will be moved into a dual xeon machine tonight.
You will not have to make any changes unless you use custom DNS. If so, please make sure you are subscribed to this forum so that we can give you the new IPs.

Again, you do not have to do ANYTHING yet. We are only transferring the files and there are no permanent changes. We will not make any permanent changes until everyone is informed.

The accounts are nearly done transferring into the new server.

If you use custom DNS for you or your clients, you must now change the IPs of them at your registrar.

ns1 66.193.175.250
ns2 66.193.175.251

If you use the default DNS servers, you do not have to make any changes at all.

Again, if you use custom DNS you must update them with those IPs above.

During this time you can log into the server using the IP

http://66.193.175.250:2082
http://66.193.175.250:2086

If you cannot log in, you may be of the last accounts that were transferred. Please email support if you can't login by tomorrow, 11 A.M. EST.

You would only have downed sites if your account didn't transfer properly of if you didn't set the new IPs if you use custom DNS. Other than that, the move was intended to go smoothly since your sites on the old server were there at the same time the DNS was propagating to the new server.

Please read the information below carefully if you are located on this server.

The old IP is 66.193.175.250

The new IP is 72.29.74.179

IF YOU USE CUSTOM DNS, YOU *MUST* UPDATE YOUR DNS IPs. THIS IS MANDATORY.

ns1 >> 72.29.74.180
ns2 >> 72.29.74.181

If you go to your site and you see a cPanel page that reads "No website configured at this address" that means your local computer
is trying to load your site on the old IP. Simply restart your PC, modem or router so it can release it from cache.

P.S. If you are using an SSL or have a static IP email esurpasshosting.com with your domain name so we can assign you a new static IP and make sure your SSL is working correctly.

Dime10 had an issue last night and the hardware failed to boot on routine maintenance, wich forced us to restore accounts from the backups we had.

If you have offline backups that are more recent and require assistance with the restore, please email support.

d10 will have a 2 hour downtime window between
6am and 8am Sunday Jan 22 2006 EST. We will be doing
some movement of racks within the datacenter. We
picked this time which has shown to be the least
traffic on the server. We apologize for any inconvenience.
