I have a ? most of my customers are saying that there sites aint working they say sometimes its up and sometimes its down do u think it could be the dns's u gave me

If those are the dns given to you in your reseller account activated email then yes those are right.
it just depends on what server you are put on. but you NEED to give it 24-72 hours to fully propagate. seeing a site then not seeing a site, or your friend in the next state seeing it and you don't see it , is symptoms of propagation  :surpass: |
