Domain transfer form?

Hey there. I want to transfer my domain to my new surpass account, but my old hosts say I need to fax them a form about this change.

They say I should get this form from the new webhost. So... I have my old host's fax, where can a get such a form from surpass?

Thanks in advance.

I've registered with them, but now I'm waiting and waiting and waiting!

Since I don't have the domain even as a redirect, no one can find my site! This is terrible!!!

I've -not- received an email from my old host, and as I said, they want a fax!!!!

Help!!

Who is this old host? They sound like they've been around since the mid 90s and haven't changed their way since...

I've used Domain-it in the past, and I've had one domain for so long that instead of doing the transfer themselves they sent me to Network Solutions to do it. They've handled every other domain transfer through a form on their site, took 30 seconds.

The old host is Schottenhost, a german company chosen by my former administrator of my bullitan board. (my site)

The fact they're german and I can barely navigate their site is a major reason I moved ->

to globat!

Doh!

Now I'm moving here, and want to change that frigging DNS!

I got them to send me a PDF to print and fax to send them, confirming my details, but it doesn't seem to imply moving the domain.

I try, I try...

Perhaps we could send Jimmy Carter to Germany to negotiate...

Anyhow, I think the domain is now being 'freed', so I will hopefully be able to manage it through surpassdomains soon...
