I recently signed up for your services, and I'm trying to log into surpassdomains, but I can't seem to get in with my user information. I have tried all my passwords I can remember, and all user names I have. I tried copying the info from the confirmation email, and it still doesn't work. On top of that, I have waited 3.5 days, and my .com still isn't up. I was hoping to log in to see what the problem was, but I can't seem to do that.... It said to post here first, before emailing support, so :S

If you registered a domain name with SurpassDomains.. then you have an account at SurpassDomains.com. You cannot log in with your CPanel Username and Password.
Go to http://www.surpasshosting.com/sitemap.html and click Forgot Password if you do have an account there. Click Create New Account if you don't.

I registered an account when I signed up for your hosting. It said something about you guys registering a domain for me for 15.99, so I selected that option, you asked for my preference, I gave it (l33tguys.com) and it's in my bill. I think I managed to get in right after sign up, but ever since then I haven't been able to get in.
Update: I am being helped on AIM. |

I think Viral ignored what I said. :disgust: I don't think he has a surpassdomains.com account and that is the problem. SurpassHosting.com and SurpassDomains.com are seperate sites, seperate systems and seperate databases. Some people buy domains from us and not hosting, and some buy hosting and not domains. We are web hosting soup, saltines optional.

Viral hasn't been back yet, but it's closing thread time.
He now has a username and SurpassDomains.com, can manage his new domain and his DNS has already propagated. He's all set now. :thumbsup:
