plz, what kind of computers or registration can i do to offer domains to people like some domain companies do?

As in sell domain names to people? You would want to buy a Domain Reseller package. Google Domain Reseller and you might get some. I know of a few off the top of my head like Wild Wild West Domains (a part of GoDaddy) and Directi.
