mailboxes and lists on addon domain?

Hi,

Is it possible to have disting mailing lists and mailboxes on an addon domain? Or is it strictly for websites and do I need a separate account to do this?

It works for me. In "Add Mailing List" in cPanel, doesn't it give you a drop down menu for selecting "domain"?

Euh, I hadn't really tried actually, as I am still thinking if I should move an additional site to my account.
Appears it will work though.
