CPanel error on parking or adding addon domains

I get the following error when trying to add an addon domain or park a domain:

Error reconfiguring bind on sh67: rndc: connect failed: connection refused

The whole output goes like this (for addon domains):

The subdomain, davehill.teessite.co.uk has been added.

Nameserver ips for davehill.net are: 72.29.68.124,72.29.68.125 Bind reconfiguring on sh67 using rndc Error reconfiguring bind on sh67: rndc: connect failed: connection refused
Created DNS entry for davehill.net

Setup Mail forward davehill.net -> davehill.teessite.co.uk
Setup davehill.net OK
Adding httpd.conf entry for davehill.net to point to davehill.teessite.co.uk
Syncing Ftp Databases....Done

davehill.net has been setup. It can be accessed via the subdomain davehill.teessite.co.uk. FTP access has been granted with the username davehill and the password *************
