I suggested to my client to go with Surpasshosting because you offer a fantastic deal and hope you will keep it this way for more of my clients.
The problem is the domain service my client paid $15.99 for his domain name www.eliteenclosure.com and I have sent e-mail to see what is going on with the domain name and all I got was my username and password. I searched their site where I can setup my primary and secondary DNS numbers and there is nothing their transfer domain name wants another $15.99. I checked with my client and his CC was charged for the amount. Has anyone else ran into problems with surpassdomains or other name hostdimedomain? Please help me because I don't want my client go with someone else because of a domain issue. I am thinking I should of told him to go with GoDaddy instead, now it is too late since Hostdimedomain has parked and locked the domain name. HELP!!!! Jon  |

i had a similar problem. i went to where i originally got my domain (activewebhosting.com) and requested the "DNS Manage" info. They didn't charge n extra fee and they shouldn't. Also try contact someone via PM or messengers. I know their email gets flooded at times. Good luck.

You will then see a list of your domains, or in your case one domain. You will see Manage Nameservers, you can choose Custom from the dropdown menu and input the DNS that are in your welcome email. Currently your DNS are set to dns9.surpasshosting.com dns10.surpasshosting.com but if that isn't the DNS of the server you are on, your site isn't going to work. About the $15.99, that adds another year to your registration. Your domain now expires Oct 7, 2004. That is what the $15.99 is. We have to initiate the transfer by doing another year of registration.
