I bought an account with surpass, but I wanna cancel it. Can I be paid back? And how do I do that? Last time, I went in my clogin, I clicked on "cancel" and now, my account is 'pending cancel'. Can I know what it means? Does it mean that you'll pay me back on my credit card? Thanks in advance for the answers.

I don't understand why, but billing doesn't want to answer me! I'm tired, I paid for nothing because I don't use my space bought with you... Please help me... or tell billing to answer me!
