Hey there. I'm setting up an account for a client of mine, and I have no idea where to set the nameservers for the domain I purchased for him. I've submitted a ticket to Surpass, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

The email Surpass sent me was supposed to include some stuff like cpanel login, IP and actual nameservers, right? Here's what I got:

That's it! Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to find out this info on my own? The domain I purchased is worthless until I can tie it to my Surpass hosting.

Sheesh! Looks like they're rewriting their order emails, and someone didn't update something correctly.

Actually, this is NOT your activation message. Activation is usually complete 24 hours after you buy your account. That message will include your account, initial password, and dns information.
