Unhappy Addon domain address defaults to root site

Ugh This has worked fine before on other accounts. I have just created an addon domain arise.org.uk/ (power plan) Its all resolved fine but keeps pointing to my root website. Yes, I created an addon domain in cpanel witht he right details, but for some reason, it just keeps redirecting to the root site.

How can I resolve this please??

TIA Richard

Richard,

Since you've done this before and know how to do it, it sounds like there's a config issue on the server. If I were you, I'd go ahead and submit a ticket to support and have them take a look at it.

John

Failure is not an option. It comes standard with all Microsoft products.

Yeah, what john said.

I just wanted to say that this has happened to me before with addons, sometimes the configuring goes all wonky. Actually I just added a new domain to my account and it's literally the first time ever that it has worked properly right off the bat, I remain stunned. Anyhow, yeah, contact Support and they can get it all working for you.
