Dns ?

Hi there,
today i purchased your Bronze reseller package.
I'm trying to update my own DNS Servers with
ns1.webdizain.com xx.xx.186.82 (edited by admin)
ns2.webdizain.com xx.xx.186.83 (edited by admin)

and I'm getting error message, IP is not matching with the Name Server or DNS is wrong.

I have 6 websites that I'll switch to my reseller package. I tried on all 6 of them changing the DNs's,
and same error message appears.

I also tried using the default dns info that I received in welcome e-mail
dns29.dizinc.com xx.xx.186.82 (edited by admin)
dns30.dizinc.com xx.xx.186.83 (edited by admin)
same problem

All my domains where bought through experthost.com, and updating dns's was never a problem

Is there anything that I have to do?

I am not quite clear on this. The IPs are valid IPs, and so are the DNS servers you listed. At least the last set at this point in time. If your registrar allows both the name and the ip address to be entered for the nameservers, try just the IP address. More than likely, you are going to have to contact them about this issue, however.
