Well, like I said in my original post, I figured it would be noticed by more people than just me. I've had webhosting at many many different places before, and a server going down is usually fixed ASAP, there's never a need to submit a ticket, you just waste a poor support person's time. See, its back up now, and I didn't have to bother anybody (other than people who decided to read this)

sam: I figured I wouldn't email support because I'm sure you guys know before I do when a server goes down. I decided if it wasn't up in half an hour then I'd shoot you a message. I like to give you the benefit of the doubt.
