This was brought up 2 WEEKS AGO and still I have no resolution. My post on the subject is no longer on the DNS forum. I really need to know why I cannot renew www.tvuplink.net and how to fix that.

The post is in General Support here.

Did you PM teq? I don't know if she ever read the follow up post you made there. Please PM her with your info and she can get this resolved for you.

I finally got an answer from Presales support. Apparently, my domain contact info was empty. That was the source of the "required fields" error. After I entered the info, it worked fine. However, if the error was more specific about what fields were not filled in (ones on a completly different page) I would not have had a problem!

Well, glad to here this got resolved. Unfortunately, error messages tend to be cryptic more times than not. This happens a lot in everything you do with computers, but maybe one day this will be resolved fully..
