I made a sub-domain of http://ctd.watercolorhosting.com and worked for a few days on it - was going online today to back it up and much to my dismay I see NOTHING there. I cannot get on via ftp or see anything stored there - although I know it worked just recently, I sent links to friends/family for some viewing and they saw it.
Is there any way to find out where my site is or how to restore it? :bawling: Please help - I cannot replace that site right now :frust: http://www.watercolorhosting.com is my main account

That would be funny since it's not had that many hits yet but for myself...I'll look into that on the mgmt side of things. I get an "internal server error" how do you see that it's bandwidth usage?
Looking to see what I have it set for and see if I can upgrade it if that's the issue.

You do not have access to create that package (water_businessHosting)!
this is to up the quota, which I tried, or to change the package by upgrading/downgrading the account in WHM - am I doing something wrong? I keep trying and it says no or it's done and it won't let me see the site. TY

Again it keeps letting me know I'm not authorized for some reason to upgrade this account.
+===================================+ | Upgrade/Downgrade Account Info | +===================================+ | Domain: ctd.watercolorhosting.com | Ip: n () | New Plan: water_personalHosting | Old Plan: water_personalHosting Also tried simply adding bandwidth to the current account plan - added +some and it still shows it's down. Any ideas?
