I have buy a deluxe hosting plan from surpasshosting with a new domain registration at 10/18/2003.
Today i received this email....
"********.net that was installed on 10/18/2003 has not yet resolved to our servers. If you believe you have changed your DNS correctly, please double check at this point."
I take a look on the first email i get from surpasshosting...
"Your shared hosting account, on a fast Surpass server, is now fully operational and awaits publication of your website!

Update your domain name's DNS wherever you purchased the domain. Approximately 24 hours afterwards, your domain name will point to the Surpass server your hosting account is on. If you purchased your domain with us, please login to your domain account at www.surpassdomains.com and double check that the DNS corresponds with the DNS listed below."
So where is my domain account to the www.surpassdomains.com ?
I try the same username and password with surpasshosting but i cant login.
Can someone help me please ?
Thanx in advnace

If you bought a domain from Surpass, your DNS entries are already setup.

It is nice to see that you are a security concerned individual.

But, if you want specific help for your account or domain, you have to give some more information about your account: like your domain at least. So don't hide it. In fact, we recommend that you add your domain and server to your .sig so you won't have to remember to type it each time. That saves time.

Your first email states that your account has been setup. You can manage your account without your domain having been resolved.

Sounds like you never actually bought the domain. When you order a packaged it doesn't include a domain, that's an additional item. There should have been a separate charge for $15.99 (I think that's the price) just for the domain. If that is the case, please email support about this with a copy of you bill and your domain name so that they can get this resolved.
