:pleasehelp:
Okay - I just purchased space at surpasshosting.com the day before yesterday [10.20.03] and I haven't received a password or anything. I have a couple of questions, though. I have my own domain name through www.domaindirect.com. I need to know how to transfer or at least point the DNS to Surpass. What do I need to put in the DNS portion at domaindirect.com for it to point to Surpass? www.industrialglitter.com That is the name at DomainDirect and at Surpass. Also, where do I go to retrieve my password so that I can log in to Surpass and get technical help? All I received through email was my billing statement. I have already began to move my files through FTP to surpass and they have all been done. Any help would be appreciated. BTW - I did read over the boards for help, but then again.. I'm just lost.

Somehow, somewhere at your registrars website, there should be an option for you to change your DNS entries.
You don't need to transfer your domain. You will need to replace the current DNS with the two given to you by Surpass. I would email support at www.domaindirect.com for help with their service. |

Please email support
surpasshosting.com with the domain you registered your account for. They will need to find out what happened to your email info.

Okay - I emailed support surpasshosting.com and let them know that I need my information. I don't know which two DNS I need to put up at my domain space [domaindirect.com]. I now have a ticket number. I just wanted to say thank you for the support here on the forum boards. I feel as if I'm already getting my money's worth here. Geri

As for the DNS servers, you will have to wait til support gets back to you with all that info...
