I just recently puchared a website from here and thought i purchased the domain name too at the time. Somehow, I didn't see that i didn't buy the domain name so I signed up with surpassdomains and paid for my domain too. The dns just resolved alittle while ago, but I couldn't use www with my domain name. I went to here and tried the whoIs on my domain name (urbanabstraktion.net) and came up with
Nameservers- DNS1.NAME-SERVICES.COM DNS2.NAME-SERVICES.COM DNS3.NAME-SERVICES.COM DNS4.NAME-SERVICES.COM DNS5.NAME-SERVICES.COM I'm guess these nameservers are the default nameservers? When I try to change them to the nameservers given to me dns11.surpasshosting.com dns12.surpasshosting.com my domain name doesn't work anymore. why is that? Also, it says that my registration service is provided by www.hostdimedomains.com. I have never been there. Is this were surpassdomains get their domains from? I really don't know anything about dns servers and all that i really need some help. |
