Transfer Domain - Configures Nameservers

hi ....

im a little confused :ask: ..... i bought a reseller account ( Bronze ) , and i transfer my domain for your domain services because my older registar said this to me :

ns2.do-host.com because these two IP Addresses are not unique.

Please send us over two unique IP Addresses and we will get this setup right
away for you.

It is not true as far having unique IP address for the nameservers.  Nameservers can be shared on same IP addresses.  But apparently, your registrar don't allow that though, or that ns1.do-host.com and ns2.do-host.com is not setup on our servers for it work properly.  That one have been set so it have ns1 and ns2 in there for nslookups.

  The other suggestion is that you can transfer your domain to our registrar and we can get this setup for you quickly.

but its not avaible the nameservers.
i create 5 new domains and in the nameservers i put ns1.do-host.com , ns2.do-host.com and they dont work i have to change to dns2.dizinc.com and dns23.dizinc.com and started to work....

and when i go to your domains panel i dont have any domain.
It says at the top

(Click on the domain name you wish to edit. 1 of 1 shown.)

but there is none there ..... :frust:

what wrong ...
can someone help me !!!!!
