Dns Assistance

I just received an e-mail stating that my domain name had resolved on the servers. However, when I attempt to either go to my domain or to the cpanel, it states that the page cannot be displayed.

When I was using my IP address, I was able to go into the cpanel and even upload my files. I was never able to view them, however. Yet, now, I cannot even get into the cpanel through my domain name.

On the 29th, I checked the status of my nameserver and it gave me information that it was created on 10/11. I purchased this on 10/23. Now, when I go into the DNS maintenance for my domain, it says "not using our nameserver."

I am just trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It helps us alot if you give us the your domain and the server you're on
