Do subdomains have to propagate throughout DNS to work? I would tend to think that they would, but I thought I added subdomains the other day and I could use them almost instantaneously.

And it still hasn't shown up. I removed it (completely - subdomain, ftp user, and directory), and recreated it. No dice. I'm also at work.. completely different ISP than at home. The proceedure that I'm using to create the subdomain is from cpanel go into subdomains. I add the subdomain from there. Then I go into the FTP manager to create a virtual ftp account for that subdomain. Its directory exists. I've also tried creating a couple of other subdomains and none are seeming to work. |
