U.S. postal "service" whew... Sent them a concise short e-mail explaining the prob and they replied with :
Thank you for requesting to have your production module activated. Now activated, please e-mail us (to the same address as I sent the first help request to) if you have any problems or questions... etc..etc....

Man -o- man they did not even read my e-mail...

Thinking of just going with flat rate but, not preferred.

Please let me know if anyone has overcome this yet...
