Removal of DNS record

I totally screwed up a domain. So I removed it and was just going to re-add it. I left the DNS record not thinking there would be a problem of re-adding it to my reseller account. Now when I try to re-add it, it tells me there is already a DNS record for that domain, and wants me to remove the record. I did not set up custom DNS, so where do I go to remove this record? Thanks.

File a ticket with support and have them remove it, then you should be able to set it up again.
