Access without domain
I want to know if it is possible to view a website by just its IP address and the username.
I've tried it but it doesnt work. But other sites with domains work with the IP and username. |

You can view the site by using the format http://ip-address/~username/
You can't forget the trailing slash

Hmm, it should work. Can you post it here so we can give it a try?

You mentiioned that this works for other domains, but not 'theocdu'. Is ~theocdu the cPanel username of the hosted account, or is it possibly an addon domain that you added to your regular account?
If 'theocdu' is an add-on domain that you've added to your regular account, and 'theocdu' is the public_html sub-directory for this domain, then try http://72.29.83.53/~cpanelusername/theocdu/ This is what I've used in the past for a domain that I was adding before Nameservers were updated for the new sub-domain.

Ok. Maybe you have a problem that the helpdesk can correct.
Oh, and I'm assuming that you have an index.htm file uploaded to the public_html directory - right?
