Time Warner Telecom blocking me?

I have had Surpass hosting now for more than a yera and have been nothing but pleased with the service. However, i have recently noticed that i cannot reach my site (www.moloth.com, 72.29.89.114) when at work. No, it isn't being blocked by my company... i have run a tracer and my packets seem to get blocked by

hagg-01-ge-1-3-0-508.mtld.twtelecom.net
66.162.30.58

From home (and according to everyone else), i can reach the site just fine. But from here, the packets are being blocked!

Is there any action that I, or Surpass, can take to resolve this?

thanks for your time!

might be an idea to drop a ticket into the helpdesk about this, also if you still can edit your your last email to remove the and change it to {at} as bots will pick that up like anything.

I'll let the helpdesk know, Thanks!

..also.. at the risk of looking like an idiot... where is the "edit" button for my posts? I see "Quote" but no "Edit".

I'm not real sure if Surpass can do much about this one... unless they have a means of contacting Time Warner cable (I do believe they are one of their uplink providers).

Here's the route I get.

Code:
Tracing route to moloth.com [72.29.89.114]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

  1 12 ms 10 ms 10 ms r74-195-255-1.stl1cmta01.stwrok.ok.dh.suddenlink
.net [74.195.255.1]
  2 9 ms 7 ms 4 ms cdm-208-180-81-9.ukwn.cox-internet.com [208.180.
81.9]
  3 15 ms 17 ms 15 ms cdm-208-180-80-129.ukwn.cox-internet.com [208.18
0.80.129]
  4 30 ms 28 ms 26 ms cdm-66-76-31-101.lfkn.cox-internet.com [66.76.31
.101]
  5 28 ms 29 ms 31 ms cdm-66-76-31-98.lfkn.cox-internet.com [66.76.31.
98]
  6 30 ms 28 ms 29 ms cdm-66-76-30-141.lfkn.cox-internet.com [66.76.30
.141]
  7 30 ms 31 ms 27 ms 172.31.255.254
  8 33 ms 29 ms 27 ms te-7-4.car4.Dallas1.Level3.net [4.71.122.17]
  9 32 ms * 43 ms ae-31-55.ebr1.Dallas1.Level3.net [4.68.122.158]

 10 61 ms 62 ms 59 ms ae-9-9.car2.Orlando1.Level3.net [4.69.133.69]
 11 192 ms 214 ms 208 ms HOSTDIME.car2.Orlando1.Level3.net [4.79.118.38]

 12 62 ms 60 ms 61 ms sh99.surpasshosting.com [72.29.89.114]

Trace complete.
As you can see, I am not going through Time Warner to reach the website. Might post your tracert from work... or at least provide support with a copy of it. Might be something screwed up with one of Time Warner's routers. Does the place you work at use Time Warner as their uplink provider?

After 15 minutes of the post, the edit button disappears. It's magic! Just like the light box I look into! Ohhhh! Worship mighty light box!
