You dont have to wait for anything.

Just go to GoDaddy and use the same nameservers you used for your main domain.

And you should be good to go!

how do i access his file manager to start creating a page?

You can use your ftp account.

After you create the page, access your account through FTP. Go to the Public_Html folder, and you should see a folder with his domain name..(without the .com) just put the file in that folder. Make sure you name it something like index.html.

okay i created page..named it mrvindex.php (mine is index.php so i figured php was the way to go?) i put it in the public folder but i'm still not getting the page..i get the index of page

When you FTP to your account, you will see a folder called public_html. That is the root for your main domain.

Within that folder, you will see one called mrvinsurance for your husbands add-on domain.

Place his page in that folder. If the file has php code, then name it index.php if it is plain old html, call it index.htm or index.html .

Then, when you enter his domain into your web browser, you should see his page.
