Nameserver URL Frame

Hi

I have a few questions regarding setting up an addon domain.
I recenlty purchased a new domain here, and I want it pointing to my already existing website. I read ALOT of threads here but I can't seem to figure this out: I have to change the DNS so its pointing to my hosting. But when I use the option Custom Nameserver, I can't 'URL Frame' anymore.

And another thing, at first I didn't fill in the DNS, I just did URL Frame. It worked almost as it should, for some weird reason WordPress kept going weird. Like it couldn't find a css file or something.

Is it even possible to have another domain pointing to a sub-folder on my already existing hosting account. AND that the links on the website say: "http://newdomaingoeshere.com/index.php?page=1" Instead of "http://alreadyexisitngdomain/subfolder/index.php?=1" ?

Mike
