I have turned off the forwarding, and will give it the 72 hours it needs.
However, until then, where should I be placing the directory for my new site? I know that in the file tree there is seriousmuscle.net, my first domain. Do I simply need to add aperfectchange.com to that list? If someone can help me with that one, I'd appreciate it. That way I can get crackin'. Matt |

http://www.checkdns.net/quickcheck.a...Com&detailed=1 looks fine
comparing http://aperfectchange.com/ with http://www.seriousmuscle.net/matt/ makes me think you will need to look for the right directory check in cPanel which subdomains you have set up

DNS looks good now:
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/lookup...nge.com&type=A It appears to be going to an empty directory though. A quick ticket to http://desk.surpasshosting.com will fix this for you in a few hours I am sure if you still cannot get it.

i would feel bad about it, sometimes bind does not load these things correctly with Cpanel. And when that happens, support needs to manually make a DNS entry for it on the servers. That happened to me with my wife's domain pointing to the subdomain I setup for her.

If that is where the add-on is pointed to, thats where it will go. That is in addition to the regular path of http://aperfectchange.com .

I am just a little puzzles by the timestamp of the cgi-bin which differs between the two ways of accessing it. It would be a good idea to place *some* content in /matt/index.html to double check http://aperfectchange.com . is working

Ok, I stuck an "index.html" file in the directory that this seems to be routing to which simply says "testing".
Well, in Firefox I type in http://aperfectchange.com and get http://seriousmuscle.net/matt with the testing page. In Safari I type in http://aperfectchange.com and get it, but no testing page. I'm confused! Cookies and history have been cleared in Safari. Anyone have any ideas? Matt |
