Second domain extension to my website

Hi all,

I have purchased my domain name on .com and .org, but now only .com is functional.
Please, can anyone tell me how do i add the .org on cpanel.

In cPanel you would add the .org as a "Parked Domain". Then update the DNS at your domain's Registrar to point to the same DNS as your .com's DNS.

I think the DNS settings need to be changed at the registrar first, then add the parked domain. Well, I know that adding add-on domains will fail if the nameservers at the registar are not changed to point to Surpass first.

I have tried what you recommend me, but i have had this message :

Error from park wrapper: Sorry, you are not allowed to add any more than ( 0 ) parked domains!

Do i pay more fees (because i am on shared hosting)

This happened to me as well. Open a ticket with support, and they will allocate domains from your add-on pool, to your parked pool.
